🔄 Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@seevol.com with your order number and reason for return.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different item? Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different model or product of equal value.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing parts not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Customized or clearance items may also be non-returnable.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure your package is received.
